Michail S Nikitidis

Michail Nikitidis was born in Thessaloniki in 1967. He is an Aristotle University of Thessaloniki graduate, holding a degree in Physics since 1989. He did his post-graduate studies at the University of Surrey, GB getting the degree of Master of Science in Medical Physics (1991) and a PhD from the same Univeristy in Chemical & Process Engineering in 1997, working as a Research Assistant.

Upon his return to Greece joined  CERTH/CPERI working as a collaborative reseacher from 1997-2001, interrupting for one year due to military service.

Since 2002 he works in Thessaloniki Court of First Instance, Department of Informatics having as main duties administration of databases and application development. He holds extensive experience in web and standalone application development in various programming environments (J2SE, JSP,  CSS, HTML, HTML5, XML/XSL, SOAP, UNIX Shell, C/C++, PHP, PL/SQL), for various databases(ORACLE,MYSQL) but also for Apple mobile devices (iphone,ipad),

Finally he holds a Post-graduate Diploma in Information Systems from Greek Open University.

He is responsible for the design, development and maintenance of the information system of this project.
